Fashion has trends. Food has trends. So does regulation. The trend du jour is fee-based business. Are you a stock jockey? Then you won’t get angel wings. But beware, after pushing advisors to ramp up fee-based accounts, regulators are now on the lookout for cases of reverse churning.
