How a Search Works
First, we get to know you...

We take time to discuss your needs and how you see a new executive fitting into your organization. We also will share our insights into hiring trends, compensation, and benefits packages. Once we feel we understand your goals, we activate our exclusive network of contacts to locate potential candidates. As a boutique firm, we have a broad reach. You don't need to worry about a lengthy list of fims that are "off limits" for our search. After screening candidates, we present a short list of top prospects for review. From there, we guide you through the interviewing process and help to negotiate terms.

In general you can expect to work with the following timetable, provided clients can meet candidates in a timely fashion. Most searches can be completed within three months; many are even faster.

Stage One:
Hammer out job description with client and position requirements
Present a short-list of clients within two to three weeks
Discuss strengths of clients presented
If needed, refine search parameters and hone short-list candidates

Stage Two:
Arrange intial interviews over a two-week period
Discuss strengths and weaknesses of clients presented
Set up Round-Two interviews for candidates

Stage Three:
Bring back finalists for last interviews over two-week period
Negotiate compensation package and start date
Present offer letter
